I have read and am fully aware of the Davison Downtown Market rules. I hereby agree to comply with these rules and regulations, and all other Federal, State, and local regulations that apply, knowing full well that I will forfeit my selling at the Davison Downtown Market if I am found non-compliant. I further agree to defend, and hold harmless, the City of Davison, and any of its entities or persons affiliated with and/or acting on its behalf. This indemnification/hold harmless agreement includes any and all claims, suits and damages which may be asserted against the above which in any way arise out of or are connected with this agreement and/or the activities conducted with this agreement. If you have liability insurance you must include the City of Davison and Davison DDA as additional insured for $1,000,000.
