Downtown Market – Davison DDA

Second Friday in August, September & October

Vendor Registration

Registration is $20 per event, if accepted, paymeny is due the day of the event.

We are primarily interested in sellers of homemade goods, crafters, and produce vendors. However, everyone is welcome to apply. Space is limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Vendors are responsible for clean up of their area at the end of the day. Please bring the proper equipment to do so, including your own trash bags.

Agreement of Compliance *

Please sign above to conform you have read and am fully aware of the Davison Downtown Market rules. I hereby agree to comply with these rules and regulations, and all other Federal, State, and local regulations that apply, knowing full well that I will forfeit my selling at the Davison Downtown Market if I am found non-compliant. I further agree to defend, and hold harmless, the City of Davison, and any of its entities or persons affiliated with and/or acting on its behalf. This indemnification/hold harmless agreement includes any and all claims, suits and damages which may be asserted against the above which in any way arise out of or are connected with this agreement and/or the activities conducted with this agreement. If you have liability insurance you must include the City of Davison and Davison DDA as additional insured for $1,000,000.
